With Roam ShowTime, users can easily toggle the display of block creation and edit times on RoamResearch.com. This feature provides valuable information about when each block was created and last edited, allowing users to track their note-taking and editing activities with precision.
The add-on conveniently displays the creation time and the time of the last edit for each block. If the creation time and last edit time are the same (ignoring seconds), only one time is displayed. For blocks that were created more than 24 hours ago, the full date is shown.
It is worth noting that when a large number of blocks are loaded on a page, the performance of the app may be affected, causing slower response times. However, users can alleviate this issue by toggling off the time display while interacting with blocks.
